When Lux Gourmet, a wonderfully curated food and lifestyle magazine came calling, asking to choose a recipe to share, I decided to invent/ join two of my favourite things. I've always loved a great Banoffee pie, and adore a crunchy Pavlova, so I decided to combine both! I think it turned out ok as I served up on my birthday dinner, and it disappeared rather quickly.
The fun shoot, and video, were done at home, in my kitchen, and of course I'd previously baked one before so that the crew needn't wait for an hour for it to bake!
