Eating, partying, and eating some more, oh and some cooking! I was really busy with my Birthday !!!!!!!! then working on The Life Juice Pijamas, ( fresh new patterns coming soon), then cooking a lot, then eating the leftovers! In between I had some meetings, worked, went to the gym, (in case you're worried about my health!) and planned an Indian vegetarian feast for 12. I wish I'd taken some photographs but unfortunately I just didn't get to the buffet in time before everybody just ruined the display. That makes me happy although I really wanted to show you evidence of said feast : tomato soup, mixed vegetable curry, lemon yellow basmati rice, cucumber raita, okra with tomato, beetroot hummus, roasted cauliflower, curried lentils, spinach, corn and pomegranate salad, (I'm forgetting something?) and for dessert, mini meringue baskets, coconut ice-cream with mango-mint coulis, pineapple, pasteis de nata and lérias, traditional Portuguese sweet pastries. So it was a lovely spread, but it took a lot of of planning, as I'm such a perfectionist.

But this week...

We're almost into June, May almost ending, but wedding season is still going, so if you're tying the knot, or have friends or family that is, these sweet party favors from Primark are just fun.

Just for fun, he'll appreciate it for sure...

3 Great Cover Ups

Since it'll be officially summer soon, you might think " Why on earth ?" but there's normally a chill in the air, and these 3 are timeless.

From Zara, this gorgeous pleated flower jacket is light and easy to wear thanks to its multicoloured fabric. Doesn't wrinkle, dress it up for a party or wedding, or with a pair of white jeans this summer.

Irresistible, a trench for me is an absolute must! to wear when the weather can't make up it's mind, or just whenever, French girl style. From COS.

This fantastic shape is here to stay, the easy mini cape, I call it. Also from Zara, it gives elegance and structure to any outfit, quick!

Put all your eggs in one basket!

And these are it, from Muun, these prefect baskets for shopping, the beach, city, just hang one on your chair, they're that stunning!

Little Red Riding Hood anyone?
