The three grand chandeliers in the hall.

As Christmas is mostly celebrated around the table, what a better way to flaunt the fact by inviting three Portuguese decorators to envisage three different tables at the Palacio Nacional da Ajuda : Christmas Eve supper by Salvador Corrêa de Sá, Cristina Santos Silva, the Christmas day lunch, and Maria Barros, afternoon tea on Christmas day. Held in the Dom João VI Hall, it's is open to the public until January the 10th. Christofle kindly lent amazing pieces, silver and porcelain, from Paris and from the Lisbon store. Romo, an english textile company, clothed the tables in magnificent materials, and Costa Nova, a Portuguese brand of fine grés, designed and produced a dinner set inspired by the Palace. This dazzling idea came from one of my most creative and tasteful friends, Carlos Pissarra, and the result are stunning works of art.
